By using TuringCorp's inference models ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TuringCorp provides a proprietary collaborative inference engine. The Service is accessed through the API marketplace that distributes our models. All account management, authentication, billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled by that marketplace under its own terms of service. You must also comply with the marketplace's terms when using our models.
You may not use the Service to:

Your content. You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.
Our technology. The collaborative inference engine, its architecture, algorithms, and software are proprietary to TuringCorp. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying methodology of the Service.
We do not retain prompts or outputs. We do not use your data to train or improve our models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURINGCORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
