Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how TuringCorp ("we", "us", or "our") handles data when you access our collaborative inference models. Our models are distributed through API marketplaces. All user-facing services — account registration, authentication, billing, payment processing, and usage dashboards — are provided by the marketplace through which you access our models, and are governed by that marketplace's privacy policy. We do not operate a standalone user account system.

2. Data We Process

To perform inference, we temporarily process:

• Prompt content — the text you submit for inference.
• Generated outputs — the responses produced by our models.
• Technical metadata — model identifier, token counts, and request-level operational data required for service delivery.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We are committed to the following restrictions:

• No data retention — prompts and outputs are processed exclusively in volatile memory and discarded immediately upon completion of the request. We do not write prompt or output data to persistent storage.
• No training on your data — we do not use prompts, outputs, or any customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve our models or algorithms.
• No reverse identification — we do not attempt to identify, profile, or track individual users from the content of their requests. We have no mechanism to associate prompts with specific individuals.
• No data sharing — we do not sell, license, or share your data with third parties for any purpose.

4. How We Use Data

The sole purpose of processing your data is to generate and return inference responses. No other use is made of your prompts or outputs. Aggregated, anonymized operational metrics (total request count, aggregate token volume, error rates) may be collected for service monitoring and capacity planning. These metrics contain no prompt content or identifiable information.

5. Account & Billing

All account management, authentication, billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled by the API marketplace. We do not receive or store your payment information. For billing-related privacy inquiries, please refer to the marketplace's privacy policy.

6. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Our inference infrastructure is protected by access controls and standard security practices appropriate to the nature of the Service.

7. Your Rights

Since we retain no personal data beyond the duration of a single request, and all account-level data resides with the API marketplace, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to the API marketplace through which you accessed the Service. 8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
